P.T. on The Toilets First Update
Thank you to everyone that downloaded the project!
I have made a few updates to the game so far. the first big one is that I made an event system that keeps track of the current loop the player is on. and have already done some event tests with it. currently if you walk through the level and loop the door to the bathroom will activate in a couple of ways. its nothing crazy at the moment but it gives me many ideas to add later. my goal is not to copy PT completely. from this point on I will not be looking up any material from the original game. this will be my own take on the idea.
things that were added:
some set items for the hallway like windows, and misc items. [not interactable yet]
some props for the bathroom and door events.
a test for post process effects were added. WIP
a indoor balcony was added above the front door.
footstep sounds were added to the game. the way I have it implemented is not my favorite way to do it. but it works. WIP
Known bugs:
While I am not experiencing frame drops I am getting a frame studder that can be annoying. if you experience the same thing please let me know in a comment.
sometimes on start the player will not activate the starter animation. this is an inconsistent bug and you may not experience it. i believe its tied to the frame rate some how.
